In all of Canada, there isn't another damsel in distress who can pull off being tied to railroad tracks with the style and flair of Nell Fenwick. Nell is the beautiful daughter of Dudley Do-Right's superior officer, Inspector Fenwick. And for reasons unknown to her, she is also the object of almost non-stop kidnapping attempts by the dastardly villain Snidely Whiplash.

While it is true that Dudley's repeated rescuing of Nell has forged a bond of sorts between them, she consistently spurns his affections. Instead of the handsome Dudley, Nell much prefers the company of his horse, Horse.
